Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using AutoKarya (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Use of the Service
AutoKarya is a productivity and governance-analysis platform. You may use it only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Upload content that is unlawful, harmful, or violates third-party rights.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the platform.
- Use the Service to compete with AutoKarya without express written permission.
- Share your account credentials with others.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of all documents and data you upload. You grant AutoKarya a limited licence to process that content solely to provide the Service to you. We will not use your content for any other purpose without your consent.
4. AI-generated output
Outputs from AutoKarya are generated by AI and are provided for informational and productivity purposes only. They do not constitute legal, financial, regulatory, or professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing AI outputs before acting on them.
5. Availability and modifications
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice. We will notify registered users of material changes by email.
6. Billing and free tier
Free accounts are subject to usage limits (5 conversations). Paid plans are described on our pricing page. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AutoKarya is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for direct damages is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for material breach of these Terms. You may request account deletion through the in-app support/privacy channel.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delhi, India.
